To confirm your booking a deposit of €10 per person is required  for dinner  and buffet Christmas Party Packages  and €5 per  person for Finger Food Packages. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The final balance is

Under the watchful eye of General Manager, John Farrelly, this family owned independent restaurant offers a friendly, inviting atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.  John’s ethos goes further than ‘service with a smile’, he believes in really engaging with hotel guests, and that is what they do best at the The Empty Glass.

Executive Head Chef, Ross Moran and his culinary team pride themselves in serving the finest quality of Irish and international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce with all the food traceable and where possible with an emphasis on using locally produced products.

Not only is there a great selection of drinks, the food menu also befits the contemporary style of the venue with a variety of traditional wine accompaniments, ”bruschetta, homemade falafel, assiettes de cheese and antipasti platters”, as well as the traditional hot food platters consisting of BBQ ribs, Chicken Wings, Bread and Brie Wedges, Prawns in Filo pastry and much more at a price range of €9/€12/€13.
If you are feeling more hungry, the Empty Glass also offers options from the Grill, Wok and Sea with 2 Courses for €22 and 3 Courses for €25
